Camille Fournier’s The Manager’s Path is one of my favorite writings on management and career growth. No matter where you are between the junior developer or CTO level, I recommend this book as it can follow you through your journey of becoming the best manager for your team. From mentoring through managing teams to managing managers, you can find many tips to help you in your day-to-day work.
